Welcome to the Garden Path Inn Bed & Breakfast, where you’ll enjoy comfortable beds and delicious meals in our vintage 1931 colonial-style home. Recreation opportunities as well as local attractions await your attention and are all within a short drive. Take your skis or snowboards to the Brantling Ski Area, go for a drive along any of the beautiful Finger Lakes, sample wines at local wineries, or taste the many cheeses offered by Heluva Good Foods. The many towns and villages within a short drive offer museums, gardens, and other attractions. Rochester is only 30 miles away and offers such highlights as the Eastman House, the Strong Museum of Play, Sea Breeze, theatres, and a large Farmer’s Market. Many excellent night-time venues feature all types of music, and restaurant options in the area are extensive.

The Garden Path Inn Bed & Breakfast in Sodus invites you to enjoy our Ruby Fitzgerald Tea Room. We’ve enjoyed our first year of operation (2011) and plan to continue providing this service for tea lovers. It is not necessary to be a B&B guest to join us for tea!

Tea Room guests may reserve, with 48-hour advance notice, a “Tea Time” any afternoon from 12-5 p.m., seven days a week. We serve a variety of home-made traditional finger sandwiches, freshly-baked scones, crumpets, cakes, savory tarts, and other treats. Our tea chest offers a wide range of regular, decaf, herbal, fruit, and other teas; guests may also enjoy coffee or hot chocolate, with prior notice.

We are the only tea room in this region featuring a tux-and-tails, white-gloved butler to see to your every comfort, right down to pouring your tea.

A tasty Sweet or Savory tea for one adult is only $12, and a child between ages 8-11 may be added for an additional $3. The Sweet Tea features crumpets, scones, and cake; the Savory Tea offers finger sandwiches, meat-filled tarts, and cookies. A Grand Luncheon Tea is also available. This tea includes a combination of everything on both the Sweet and Savory Teas. Our Grand Luncheon Tea is usually served to two or more adults (up to six) and is just $25 per person.

In fine summer weather, we can serve up to a dozen or more for Grand Luncheon Tea outdoors. Our pretty garden setting, under a canopy, is ideal for a special group or club outing.
